New Peugeot 107 Review
The Peugeot 107 is one part of a joint venture between Citroen, Toyota and Peugeot. Peugeot is producing the 107 with the other two manufacturers making the C1 and Aygo respectively. All three models share the same engine, the same structure and the same running gear, so the differences are mainly in the styling and the trim levels of the respective models.
The 107 is the latest small city car from Peugeot and replaces the popular 106 model, available in three and five door variants all models benefit from front and side airbags, ABS, power steering with an adjustable steering wheel, rear wash wipe, adjustable rear view mirrors, remote controlled door locking, electric windows, body colour bumpers, body colour door mirrors and door handles and a 50/50 split rear bench seat with rear head restraints and side protection.
Although there is only one level of trim, the Urban the 107 has a choice of five metallic and three solid paint colours to choose from, all designed to give the 107 its own individual character.
Returning around 60 mpg on a run and fitting into the lowest insurance bracket, the 107 should be extremely cheap to run. Add to that a four star Euro ncap safety rating and the 107 looks an attractive package all round.
Like the looks of the Peugeot 107, why not check out the Citroen C1 or the Toyota Aygo.
