Initial contact and search
· Customer browses online: The customer uses the Broker4cars website to search for new cars and view discounted prices.
· Online enquiry: After selecting a vehicle, the customer submits an online enquiry form, providing their personal information for follow-up.
· Confirmation and quote: A member of the Broker4cars sales team contacts the customer to confirm the vehicle's availability and price.
FCA-regulated purchasing and finance
· FCA-accredited operations: GA Finance & Leasing Ltd is authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as a credit broker (not a lender), adhering to "Treating Customers Fairly" principles.
· Optional finance application: Customers can arrange vehicle finance through their banking partners
· Panel of banking partners: As a credit broker, Broker4cars works with a panel of banking partners to find suitable finance products for customers.
· Credit check: Customers go through a credit check, managed in accordance with FCA regulations, to secure a credit line from one of the banking partners.
Ordering and payment
· Purchase order: The customer receives, signs, and returns a Purchase Order confirming their agreement to buy the vehicle.
· Broker fee: A broker fee for the Purchasing Service is discussed, agreed upon, and paid before work begins or before introducing the customer to a dealer.
· Deposit payment: A deposit, often £500, is paid directly to GA Finance & Leasing Ltd, with credit card payment offering Section 75 protection.
· Balance payment: The remaining balance is paid directly to GA Finance & Leasing Ltd or the supplying dealer, depending on the arrangement.
Delivery and after-sales care
· Vehicle sourcing: Broker4cars sources the new, UK-specification vehicle from its network of UK franchised dealers.
· Delivery: The vehicle is delivered to the customer, often with free nationwide delivery.
· Vehicle inspection: The customer inspects the vehicle upon delivery before signing the acceptance note.
· After-sales and complaints: Broker4cars provides after-sales support and has a complaints policy in place that aligns with FCA and Financial Ombudsman Service regulations.

The only very minor disappointment was the car was dirty on arrival but the delivery driver offered to get it cleaned before leaving.
